Notice of Temporary Closure of Waiting List for 0, 1, and 2 Bedroom Units

PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF WAITING LIST FOR 0, 1, AND 2 BEDROOM UNITS

Due to the extremely high volume of applicants and extended wait times, Niceville Housing Authority will temporarily stop accepting applications for 0, 1, and 2 bedroom Public Housing units effective September 29, 2025, at 4:30 PM.

This measure is necessary to manage the current waiting list and ensure fairness to all applicants. An official public notice will be issued once the Authority determines it can resume accepting applications for these unit sizes.
